Continuity Intelligence ensures the accuracy of training content by using a platform and AI-powered drift-detection that continuously review courses, SCORM files, microlearning modules, video scripts, job aids, knowledge base articles, assessments, and certifications. When product updates or process changes occur, outdated content is flagged, prioritized by severity, and corrective guidance is provided. This process enables L&D and enablement teams to focus more on content creation rather than auditing outdated materials.

Role Overview

The Resident Chief Learning Officer acts as the internal authority on learning and development and serves as a trusted advisor to customers' learning leaders. This role is distinct from managing an internal training team. Instead, the focus is on collaborating directly with customer L&D teams to implement Continuity Intelligence and its AI tools, ensuring content remains curated and current.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the strategic advisor to client L&D and enablement leaders, guiding the deployment of Continuity Intelligence across various content libraries.
• Develop a comprehensive playbook for maintaining courses, microlearning, videos, knowledge base articles, assessments, and job aids that are continuously updated and free from drift.
• Lead onboarding processes, implementation efforts, and quarterly strategy meetings that deepen integration of Continuity Intelligence as a primary tool for content accuracy.
• Convert practical L&D challenges into actionable product feedback to help refine how Continuity Intelligence targets and supports chief learning officers.
• Create frameworks, benchmarks, and industry thought leadership materials such as presentations, webinars, and guides to establish Continuity Intelligence as a standard in content continuity.
• Collaborate with the internal team to engage CLO buyers and represent the company at industry conferences like ATD and Training events.

Qualifications and Experience

• Extensive background in instructional design and L&D, with experience in senior roles such as CLO, VP or Director of L&D, Head of Enablement, or senior instructional designer.
• Direct personal experience managing the issue of content becoming outdated following product or process changes, with a clear understanding of its impact.
• Exceptional customer-facing communication skills, capable of advising senior L&D leaders, facilitating meetings, and simplifying complex change management.
• Proficient in modern learning technologies including LMS and LXP platforms, SCORM and xAPI standards, authoring tools, microlearning, and the use of AI-assisted content workflows.
• Comfortable working closely with product teams and integrating AI agents as a core component of daily tasks.
• Preferred: established network within the L&D community and a record of thought leadership contributions.

Compensation and Employment Details

• Annual salary ranges from 250000 to 500000 USD based on experience level.
• This is a full-time position based onsite in the United States.
