About the Role
Join PATLive as a Remote Receptionist, working from your home to provide exceptional phone support to a variety of businesses across North America. This role is ideal for those who enjoy engaging with people over the phone and have prior experience in administrative or receptionist positions. Candidates from Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Communicate professionally while demonstrating a friendly and patient demeanor.
- Use cloud-based software and multiple screens to manage caller interactions effectively.
- Accurately type detailed messages free from spelling and grammatical mistakes.
- Maintain reliability, good attendance, and a collaborative spirit within the team.
Equipment Requirements
- USB headset with microphone.
- Keyboard and mouse.
- Hardwired internet with minimum 20 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds.
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace at home.
- Additional necessary tools will be provided by PATLive upon hiring.
