Role Overview

The Remote Data Entry Specialist 2 plays a crucial role in ensuring the precision and consistency of essential construction project data through remote management of extensive information. This position contributes to operational success by maintaining accurate databases and producing insightful reports that aid in strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Precisely enter, update, and oversee data related to construction projects, covering budgets, timelines, materials, and labor records.
• Conduct maintenance, cleansing, and verification of databases to uphold data quality and reliability.
• Prepare regular and customized reports for project leaders and senior management.
• Analyze data to detect discrepancies and collaborate with departments to resolve them.
• Work closely with project teams to promptly gather and consolidate project information.
• Assist in developing and applying methods to enhance data entry efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure all company, client, and project information remains confidential.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated experience in data entry or data management involving complex datasets.
• Exceptional attention to detail paired with a strong commitment to accuracy.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas).
• Knowledge of database management systems or ERP software; experience in the construction sector is advantageous.
• Excellent organizational abilities and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently in a remote setup.

Compensation

• Annual salary range from $85,000 to $145,650 (USD).
