Position Summary
We are hiring a dependable and highly organized remote administrative professional to support a growing operations function serving the MENA region, with work connected to the UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys structured work, accurate record-keeping, and helping day-to-day processes run smoothly.
The role centers on maintaining data, organizing workflow information, updating documentation, and keeping internal records current and reliable. Prior extensive experience is not required, as the team provides training and onboarding. Success in this role depends on being self-motivated, detail-focused, and consistent in delivering high-quality administrative support.
Administrative Data Handling
- Keep spreadsheets and internal databases updated in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
- Check records for completeness, correctness, and consistency.
- Normalize names, contact details, formatting, and internal documents.
- Spot duplicate entries, missing fields, and mismatched information.
- Mark incomplete items so they can be followed up.
- Store digital documents using standard file names and folder organization.
- Log corrections and changes accurately.
Workflow and Task Coordination
- Review incoming administrative requests and organize them appropriately.
- Direct or assign tasks according to set workflows.
- Monitor task movement until completion.
- Follow up on delayed or unfinished items.
- Maintain clear notes on task progress and status.
- Request clarification when more information is needed.
Tracking and Reporting
