Role Overview
The Relationship Manager role in Vadodara demands a proactive individual with solid experience in the insurance domain, either from insurance companies or distribution networks. The incumbent will be tasked with nurturing client relationships, driving sales success, and enhancing customer satisfaction while leveraging a thorough understanding of insurance products and market trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and sustain effective relationships with clients, serving as their key contact for all insurance matters.
- Gain comprehensive insight into client needs to offer customized insurance solutions.
- Consistently achieve and surpass assigned sales goals and performance quotas.
- Keep abreast of new offerings and shifts within the insurance market.
- Formulate and implement strategies aimed at customer retention and fostering repeat business.
- Diligently document client interactions and sales results utilizing CRM tools.
- Generate periodic reports detailing sales outcomes, client input, and market developments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least one year of measurable experience in insurance roles, preferably with insurance companies or DSAs.
- Proven success in exceeding sales targets.
- Graduation or equivalent educational qualification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Effective negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Capable of independent work and handling multiple responsibilities.
- Customer-focused with aptitude for building enduring relationships.
- Competent in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Self-driven, goal-focused, and highly motivated.
- Analytical thinker capable of rapid problem resolution and decision-making.
