Registered Pharmacist

Position Summary

This role entails preparing and dispensing prescribed medications accurately as per doctors' orders. The pharmacist is expected to efficiently handle large volumes of prescriptions while participating in various operational duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify prescriptions thoroughly to ensure safety and correctness for each patient.
• Enter medication details digitally corresponding to prescriptions.
• Communicate with prescribing doctors' offices to clarify any prescription-related queries.
• Address customer concerns promptly and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments.
• Adhere strictly to all relevant legal regulations and internal procedures.
• Maintain strict confidentiality concerning patient health information.
• Respond to calls for home delivery orders and promote product sales through upselling techniques.
• Conduct outbound calls for collecting feedback and expanding business opportunities through upselling and marketing communication models (Ecom/Tcom).

Candidate Profile

• Possess a Diploma or Bachelor degree in Pharmacy (D.Pharm/B.Pharm).
• Have 2 to 5 years of work experience as a registered pharmacist.
• Basic computer proficiency with at least 1 year of experience.
• Hold valid Registered Pharmacist licenses.
• Willing to travel extensively (up to 100%) as required.

Additional Information

• The job involves rotational shifts.
• Location: Khooni, Dombivli - Maharashtra, with employer-assisted relocation if needed.
• Monthly salary range: ₹10,000 to ₹20,000.
