About the Role

The role centers around collaborating closely with clients and candidates to execute high-quality recruitment processes, leveraging market intelligence and talent mapping to secure excellent hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and evaluate potential candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, GulfTalent, and proprietary systems.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and prepare refined candidate shortlists.
- Perform comprehensive market mapping to provide clients with actionable insights.
- Represent client organizations professionally in the employment market.
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle from initial briefing to successful placement.
- Develop relationships with new clients to foster business growth.
- Collaborate with team members and share industry and market knowledge.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in a recruitment agency environment, preferably within sales or technology sectors in the UAE or Gulf region.
- Excellent communication abilities and proficiency in building relationships.
