The Recruiting Business Partner will collaborate closely with dedicated Sourcers to develop sourcing channels, maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, and close hiring processes within stringent timelines. This position demands expertise in talent attraction strategies, setting benchmarks, and applying metrics for recruitment success.

The selected candidate will play a critical role in sourcing exceptional talent to propel Amazon's continuous growth. Working alongside recruiters and coordinators, the individual will focus on talent search, placement, process enhancement, and strategy development while serving as the primary liaison for assigned groups. Cultivating a collaborative and service-driven culture to ensure effective and quality internal services is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring teams to devise impactful sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies, balancing return on investment and managing stakeholder expectations
• Employ a nuanced approach to recruiting passive candidates by profiling and assessing candidate fit and motivation, rather than just promoting roles
• Negotiate and finalize complex offers in competitive markets with confidence and professionalism
• Propose and implement recruitment ideas and improvements aligned with Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results
• Develop and articulate detailed recruitment plans outlining deliverables, timelines, and progress tracking
• Screen and interview candidates effectively within defined position specifications and timelines
• Engage in special projects and recruiting initiatives, including reviewing interviewing best practices and identifying talent pools for senior openings
• Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain a steady pipeline of internal and external candidates
• Enhance candidate experience by guiding client teams on best practices in job descriptions, messaging, and value propositions

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of three years experience in high-volume, high hiring standard technical recruiting
• Proven background in designing and executing candidate sourcing and closing tactics

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple searches and client relationships simultaneously
• Experience in designing, measuring, and scaling workflows involving candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting teams

Compensation ranges from $82,700 to $126,100 annually, combined with additional benefits like sign-on pay, stock units, health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
