Role Overview
The Reconciliations Officer plays a critical role in managing transaction resolutions with a strong commitment to integrity and ethical standards, ensuring operational efficiency and excellent customer service.
Primary Duties
- Daily reconciliation of uploads with precision to maintain accurate account positions and avoid discrepancies.
- Sending transfer instructions to custodians for proper handling of transactions.
- Handling commission reports and managing payment instructions for employer requests.
- Reconciling contributions not yet uploaded and recommending their integration into appropriate systems such as TCF or UCR.
Educational and Experience Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor of Science degree in any social science-related field.
- Have one to two years of relevant experience in reconciliations and operations, with a foundational understanding of transaction workflows, control procedures, and pension-related matters.
