Key Responsibilities

• Audit and confirm the accuracy of quotations produced by design or sales teams.
• Cross-check Bill of Quantities (BOQ) to align with approved designs and client specifications.
• Validate pricing adherence to company guidelines and pricing schedules.
• Inspect material specifications, finishings, accessories, hardware, and quantities for accuracy.
• Detect omissions, duplicate entries, or pricing errors within quotations.
• Collaborate with Designers, Sales, Procurement, and Production departments to resolve quote discrepancies.
• Ensure quotations comply with company profitability and margin targets.
• Maintain comprehensive records of quotations and their revision histories.
• Authorize discounts, promotional offers, and commercial approvals with due diligence.
• Propose continuous improvement initiatives to minimize errors in the quotation process.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related disciplines.
• 4 to 7 years’ relevant experience in quotation checking, estimation, or quantity surveying within residential interiors.
• Familiarity with modular furniture and interior fit-out projects preferred.
• Proficient understanding of BOQ preparation and verification.
• Strong knowledge of residential interior materials, hardware, and modular kitchen and furniture components.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.
• Effective communication and team coordination capabilities.
• Competence in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP, Quote Builder, Infurnia, AutoCAD, or similar software regarded as an advantage.
• Ability to perform accurately under tight deadlines with a problem-solving attitude and quality assurance focus.
