Position Overview

The Quality Operations Management team at NBME, part of the Operations Management department within the Assessment Operations group, seeks a Quality Operations Analyst II to lead the development of data analytics that drive informed business decisions, conduct research on quality operations to reduce impact on customers, and foster ongoing process improvements.

This role offers flexible work arrangements: remote, hybrid, or onsite options within 50 miles of the Philadelphia, PA office are available. Onsite interviews and onboarding procedures will occur at the Philadelphia office as necessary, with prior notice provided.

Key Responsibilities
