Job description
Role Overview
Plastronics India is seeking a diligent Quality Control Inspector based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This position involves overseeing quality assurance processes including interpreting engineering drawings and performing essential quality inspections to maintain high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-dispatch inspections to ensure product quality prior to shipment.
- Perform line inspections during manufacturing processes to detect and address defects.
- Implement and follow quality tools and methodologies such as 3C (Check, Correct, Control), 5S workplace organization, and 8D problem-solving techniques.
Additional Information
- Candidates should be ready to work in rotational shift schedules.
- Possession of a personal bike for commuting is mandatory.
