Job Overview
As a vital contributor to our team, you will conduct testing of electronic parts and make critical go/no-go determinations based on inspection outcomes and test facility reports. Your role ensures thorough completion of all testing procedures alongside taking the necessary actions to identify part quality issues, counterfeit threats, and compliance with applicable standards. Proper utilization and upkeep of all testing devices and machinery to guarantee ongoing precision and dependability are also key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed inspections and tests on electronic components adhering to customer specifications, internal guidelines, and IDEA-1010 counterfeit prevention protocols.
- Document and analyze inspection and test results clearly, communicating findings to the Quality team, Warehouse, and Commodity Managers.
- Manage component disposition by directing compliant parts to approved storage and segregating non-compliant or suspicious items for quarantine.
- Ensure complete and accurate execution of all quality control procedures in line with industry and company standards.
- Implement stringent ESD handling practices to protect sensitive components and maintain a clean environment.
- Work collaboratively with various departments to strengthen quality measures and strive towards achieving zero defects.
- Suggest improvements in processes, workflows, and equipment to boost testing effectiveness and efficiency.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Have 1 to 3 years of experience working within a warehouse setting.
- Availability for overtime work on weekends as needed to facilitate high-volume shipment demands.
- Exhibit high energy, intelligence, and persistence, with a strong drive to innovate and transform the industry.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and incoming demands in a rapidly evolving environment.
- Proficient in everyday business applications, including email, voicemail, and MS Office 365.
