Quality Assurance / Quality Control Manager

Overview

We seek a seasoned Quality Manager to lead Quality Assurance functions within our aerospace and engineering manufacturing operations located in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will expertly manage Quality Management Systems and ensure strict adherence to AS9100 and customer quality benchmarks.

Key Duties

• Oversee the development, implementation, and upkeep of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure compliance with AS9100 standards and meet customer quality expectations.
• Organize and perform both internal and external quality audits to assess compliance.
• Monitor quality levels across products and processes to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to address and rectify quality-related issues.
• Promote ongoing quality improvements and maintain thorough documentation related to quality processes.
• Ensure adherence to company-wide quality policies and protocols.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Production, or related field).
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Management roles.
• Preferred background in aerospace, engineering, or precision manufacturing industries.

Skills and Competencies

• In-depth understanding of AS9100 standards and Quality Management Systems.
• Proven experience managing quality audits and fulfilling customer quality requirements.
• Strong leadership ability, analytical skills, and adeptness in problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills alongside effective team leadership capabilities.

Compensation

The monthly salary ranges from ₹40,000 to ₹70,000, with exact pay determined by experience and interview outcomes.
