Quality Assurance Engineer

Overview

Innovations Global is urgently seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join their team in Abu Dhabi. The position is full-time within the construction and real estate industry, focusing on comprehensive project inspections to uphold quality standards before unit handovers to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed inspections to identify defects, snags, and areas for enhancement within projects.
• Create and manage punch lists to document issues found during inspections.
• Assess on-site inspection requests and ensure resolution within a 48-hour timeframe.
• Monitor daily and weekly progress reports, highlighting challenges encountered.
• Track significant recurring problems and escalate when necessary.
• Ensure all customer-reported snags are addressed appropriately.
• Verify that contractors have completed all required rectifications.
• Escalate any unresolved or disputed snags, providing supporting documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date records regarding handover, snagging, and inspection processes.
• Utilize relevant digital portals and reporting systems for snagging and inspections.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in Quality Assurance, preferably related to the construction sector.
• Strong skills in inspection, reporting, snagging, and problem resolution.
• Effective coordination abilities with contractors and project teams.

Additional Information

• Salary range offered is between 12,000 and 12,500 AED monthly.
• The role solely operates from the Abu Dhabi worksite.
