Role Overview
This full-time position is located onsite in Doha, Qatar. The Quality and Excellence Consultant will partner with clients to evaluate current processes, uncover deficiencies, and propose solutions in line with established quality and excellence models. Key duties include process analysis and auditing, designing quality management systems, creating documentation and reports, and leading training sessions or workshops for client personnel.
The consultant will coordinate with stakeholders to implement quality assurance measures, track implementation progress, and champion ongoing improvement activities. Additional responsibilities encompass contributing to business proposals, project planning, and sharing expertise within the consultancy.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in analytical techniques such as data analysis, problem-solving, and interpreting performance indicators.
- Experienced in quality assurance and control, capable of designing and managing testing, inspections, and compliance efforts.
- Skilled in formulating and enforcing quality policies, procedures, and continuous improvement programs.
- Consulting competencies including stakeholder engagement, clear client communication, and effective presentation delivery.
- Academic background with a bachelor's degree in business, engineering, quality management, or related disciplines; certifications like ISO, EFQM, or Six Sigma are advantageous.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English for report, proposal, and training material creation.
- Proven team collaboration capability while juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
- Preferred prior experience within consulting or quality/excellence roles, particularly in organizations based in Qatar.
