Role Description

As a Graduate, you will collaborate with experienced business advisers to deliver a wide range of compliance and advisory services. Your role will involve financial analysis, improving business performance, supporting growth initiatives, accounting and tax compliance, finance technology, and business transactions. Emphasis is placed on using advanced technology, including data, automation, and AI tools to derive insights that enable better decision-making for clients. This position will help you build commercial acumen, digital skills, and strong relationship-building capabilities.

Candidate Requirements

• Final year or recent graduate with a Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Business, preferably majoring in Accounting (with a CA pathway).
• Intent to pursue Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualifications.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and build lasting relationships with clients and team members.
• Strong organizational skills capable of managing multiple competing priorities.
• Demonstrated leadership experience through professional work, sports, volunteering, or extracurricular activities.
