Overview
Join our team as a Purchasing and Inventory Lead at the Balcatta Support Centre in Western Australia. This permanent full-time, Monday to Friday position entails managing day-to-day purchasing operations to ensure smooth facility functioning aligned with company policies.
Key Responsibilities and Role Summary
Serve as the primary contact for resolving queries and overseeing purchasing and inventory management activities. Your leadership will maintain optimal supply chain efficiency and support fast-paced operational requirements.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Excel is essential alongside strong knowledge of safety and hazard controls.
- Experience supporting managerial staff in environments with high workloads and rapid pace.
- Flexible approach with readiness to work beyond standard hours if business demands require.
- Ability to foster a constructive and collaborative team ethos through a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong leadership capabilities demonstrated by engaging effectively with diverse colleagues to meet shared goals.
