Role Overview
T-ALL Inspection Group is hiring an experienced Public Relations Officer to support its Abu Dhabi operations. The position focuses on government relations, employee visa administration, compliance matters, and access coordination for oil and gas-related work.
Core Responsibilities
- Take ownership of employee visa, work permit, Emirates ID, and labour card procedures from start to finish.
- Work closely with UAE authorities such as MOHRE, GDRFA, ICA, and related government bodies.
- Arrange CICPA passes and manage site entry permissions for oilfield assignments.
- Oversee company licence renewals and keep all regulatory obligations up to date.
- Monitor updates in UAE immigration and labour regulations and share practical guidance when needed.
Required Background
- At least 3 to 5 years of UAE PRO experience in oil and gas, EPC, or engineering environments.
- Strong understanding of UAE labour legislation and immigration processes.
- Hands-on exposure to CICPA registration and security clearance procedures.
- Ability to communicate fluently in both Arabic and English.
- A valid UAE driving licence is required.
