Role Overview
We are looking for Property Services Officers to join our Property teams within the Australian Taxation Office (ATO). This role involves varied tasks supporting the national ATO Property Portfolio, focusing on stakeholder collaboration, business process improvements, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
As a Property Services Officer, you will work closely with various stakeholders to facilitate business results. Your duties include analyzing client inquiries using sharp critical thinking and communication abilities, advising appropriately, assisting with project execution, organizing site activities, managing schedules and logistics, and balancing multiple deadlines.

In this position, you are expected to set a strong example, fostering a collaborative team environment and showing dedication to continuous personal growth as well as the development of colleagues. Opportunities may arise within areas such as Accommodation Strategy, Projects, or Business Management.
Work Locations and Employment Terms
