Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budget.
• Form and lead project teams, delegate tasks, and ensure responsibility across departments.
• Estimate, monitor, and control project expenses; manage allocation of workforce and resources.
• Recognize potential risks, apply risk-reduction tactics, and ensure all outputs comply with quality standards.
• Act as the primary interface between clients, executives, vendors, and team members by providing regular updates and maintaining clarity.
• Monitor project milestones, revise plans as necessary, and compile comprehensive status reports.
• Manage procurement, negotiate contracts, and oversee vendor performance.
• Coordinate project closure, document results, assess outcomes, and suggest process improvements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience managing projects from initiation to completion, preferably with government or sector-specific exposure.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory compliance, including health, safety, and permitting requirements, is advantageous.
