Role Overview

This part-time, remote Project Manager position at Cervecería Salvadoreña is responsible for leading projects across several business areas. The role entails defining project goals, crafting comprehensive project plans, managing schedules, and monitoring milestones to ensure successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange and facilitate virtual meetings among stakeholders.

• Demonstrated expertise in Project and Program Management to drive initiatives and coordinate activities.
• Strong project planning capabilities, including defining scope, scheduling, and resource management.
• Excellent communication skills to manage stakeholder expectations and update project progress effectively.
• Analytical skills to evaluate data, monitor project performance, and aid decision-making.
• Experience managing remote or distributed teams and familiarity with tools like Trello, Asana, Jira, or equivalents is advantageous.
• Background in operations, supply chain, or manufacturing sectors is preferred, particularly within beverage or consumer goods industries.
• Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related discipline, or comparable practical experience.
