Position Summary
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all contract operations, managing project team members, handling deliverables, and acting as the principal liaison with government representatives. This role focuses on ensuring the successful execution of projects, maintaining quality standards, adhering to compliance, reporting accurately, and monitoring staff performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project personnel, plan schedules, and monitor contract execution.
- Guarantee adherence to contract guidelines and maintain quality standards.
- Monitor project deliverables, milestones, and identify potential risks.
- Compile status updates and maintain thorough project documentation.
- Engage and coordinate with governmental stakeholders while fostering continuous improvement in processes.
- Supervise hiring, training efforts, and evaluate staff performance.
Required Qualifications
- At least five years in a Project Manager, Program Manager, or similar leadership capacity.
- Minimum five years’ experience in supervising professional teams.
- Between three to five years of experience in title services, real estate acquisition, land management, rights-of-way, easements, or comparable real property services.
- Familiarity managing federal government contracts or overseeing significant real estate/acquisition projects.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
- Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Possession of a Juris Doctor (JD) degree is advantageous.
- Experience in supporting contracts related to legal, real estate, land acquisition, or title services.
- Understanding of federal contracting procedures and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
