Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join Bren Corp's team at a project site in Bauchi State, Nigeria. This role involves overseeing all phases of projects, from initial planning through execution and successful completion, while ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement comprehensive project plans detailing tasks, schedules, and resource allocations.
Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to establish project scope, objectives, and deliverable requirements.
Identify project risks and formulate effective mitigation approaches.
Lead teams in executing assigned activities and monitor project progression to ensure alignment with plans.
Communicate project updates, challenges, and risks clearly with stakeholders and management.
Manage allocation and utilization of resources, assigning tasks according to individual strengths.
Oversee project budgets, tracking expenditures to ensure financial adherence.
Establish and nurture robust stakeholder relationships to meet expectations and project goals.
Implement quality assurance procedures to guarantee high-quality deliverables.
Resolve conflicts and obstacles promptly to maintain project momentum.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should hold a Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering. Candidates must bring 12 or more years of relevant project management experience, preferably within contracts or construction departments.
