Project Manager - Civil - Industrial Buildings

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading international EPC contractor involved in constructing onshore industrial buildings in Abu Dhabi. This role requires comprehensive oversight of project execution to deliver results aligned with budget, timelines, quality benchmarks, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage every facet of project delivery ensuring fulfillment of budget, schedule, quality, and safety targets.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain alignment and communication.
• Track project advancement consistently, applying corrective interventions when deviations occur.
• Guarantee adherence to contractual terms, company policies, and health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
• Allocate project resources strategically to meet set targets and objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Possess over 20 years of advancing experience in managing construction projects.
• Demonstrate successful leadership in large-scale onshore industrial building projects from initial planning through to project delivery.
• Experience working within the Gulf or Middle Eastern region is mandatory.
• Expertise in project planning, budget control, scheduling, contracts management, and risk mitigation.
• Strong leadership capabilities, client relationship management, and team coordination skills.
• Well-versed with international construction norms and health, safety, and environment standards.
