Project Executive - Corporate Real Estate and Interior Fit-out

About the Role

A reputable manufacturing company is seeking a Project Executive to oversee corporate real estate and interior fit-out projects from initial planning stages through to successful completion. This position requires managing multiple facets including project scheduling, budgeting, stakeholder communication, vendor relations, and ensuring quality standards while adhering to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage the execution of corporate real estate and interior fit-out projects effectively.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, monitor timelines, and track budget expenditures.
• Liaise closely with clients, architects, designers, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Oversee project planning and execution phases ensuring quality control and client satisfaction.
• Manage all stakeholder communications and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Handle vendor and contractor coordination to align with project requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience between 6 to 10 years in construction or manufacturing industries.
• Strong knowledge of project execution, coordination, and budget management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage stakeholders effectively.
