Technical Expertise

• In-depth knowledge of various glass types such as laminated, toughened, and double-glazed units (DGU), as well as components including spider fittings, patch fittings, and curtain wall systems.
• Proficient in AutoCAD for reviewing drawings and MS Project or Excel for project scheduling.

Soft Skills

• Strong negotiation abilities and maintaining composure under high-pressure, time-sensitive on-site conditions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or degree qualification in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• 0 to 5 years of experience within the architectural glass or façade industry.

Performance Indicators

• Adherence to project timelines with milestones achieved as initially scheduled.
• Reduction of waste through minimizing glass breakage and avoiding additional ordering caused by measurement mistakes; effective labor resource management.
• Client satisfaction measured by successful project delivery with minimal outstanding issues, final billing completion, and certification.
