Role Overview

The Project and Operations Manager leads the oversight, coordination, and accountability for CLEAR's airport-related infrastructure and real estate portfolio. This pivotal role acts as the hub for all developmental projects, ensuring efficient tracking, prioritization, and successful delivery across designated airport stations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive tracking for all infrastructure and real estate projects across assigned airports, ensuring transparency in schedule, budget, and status for launches and expansions.
• Oversee the Leasehold Improvement Request (LIR) workflow, facilitating prioritization and gaining leadership consensus on capital investments and project timelines.
• Implement rigorous program management practices, including regular reporting, milestone monitoring, and proactive risk identification.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Real Estate & Development, Facilities Operations, Finance, and Operations to keep projects on schedule.
• Serve as the main accountability contact for project progress, promptly addressing risks, removing obstacles, and escalating concerns when necessary.

• Timely and precise reporting across the entire project portfolio.
• Delivery of projects within agreed timelines through diligent tracking and prioritization.
• Strong stakeholder alignment regarding project status, potential risks, and priority efforts.
• Effective management of LIR processes and capital planning coordination.

Compensation and Benefits

The total annual compensation for this role ranges from $140,000 to $190,000, dependent upon experience and skills. This package includes base salary plus incentive compensation aligned with CLEAR's current programs.
