About the Role
TekStaff IT Solutions is seeking a Project Analyst (also considered a Junior Project Manager) to join their team in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This contract position demands a candidate with solid project management or analysis experience along with a post-secondary educational background.
Core Responsibilities and Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience in project management or project analysis roles.
- Ability to develop business cases, gather requirements, and handle financial elements related to projects.
- Possession of a degree or diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities.
- Effective time management with keen documentation skills.
- Self-driven, highly organized, able to operate independently as well as collaboratively in teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset coupled with adaptability and initiative.
- Proficient stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience interacting directly with clients.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
