Overview
Join a prestigious and well-established organisation in the heart of Dublin City Centre as a Project Support Administrator on a contract basis lasting up to six months. This role focuses on assisting during a period of multiple project rollouts by supporting the Business Unit with database management and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance for new business projects.
- Maintain, update and validate project databases, records, and related documentation ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and resolve data inconsistencies and errors in a timely manner.
- Organise information systematically to meet project deadlines and standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in administration or project support roles.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a strong focus on detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
- Effective communication capabilities and the skill to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive mindset, reliability, and eagerness to engage in new projects and initiatives.
Additional Information
This position is based fully onsite in Dublin City Centre. Candidates must be ready to begin immediately upon hiring.
Compensation
Annual salary ranges from 34000 to 345000 (40,000 to 45,000 euros).
