Role Overview

As a Program Trainer, your core responsibility will be conducting Brainmoto sessions within partner schools, ensuring the environment is safe, engaging, and enjoyable for the children. Collaboration with school educators and coordinators will be essential to implement the program smoothly, monitor children's progress, maintain materials, and adhere to Brainmoto's quality benchmarks. This role is well-suited to energetic candidates enthusiastic about children’s education, movement, and holistic development.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Brainmoto classes by following the provided curriculum and lesson plans.
• Create a lively and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• Demonstrate activities clearly and explain learning goals to students.
• Oversee smooth execution of warm-ups, skill-based learning, health sessions, and cooldowns.
• Manage classroom dynamics and maintain high behavioral standards.
• Build effective relationships with school principals, coordinators, teachers, and PE staff.
• Provide regular communication on program progress and student participation.
• Arrange schedules for assessments, school functions, and special events.
• Represent the Brainmoto program professionally within educational institutions.
• Carry out baseline and periodic student assessments as planned.
• Keep accurate records of attendance, assessments, and session details.
• Submit reports and feedback through designated channels timely.
• Assist in preparing and sharing student progress documentation.
• Prepare and manage all equipment needed for sessions; maintain inventory and report shortages or damages.
• Organize storage and transport of program resources responsibly.
• Participate in all required trainings, workshops, and meetings for continuous improvement.
• Work collectively with fellow trainers to maintain program consistency and quality.
• Support additional Brainmoto activities such as events, demonstrations, and special school functions.
• Follow all safety protocols, operational guidelines, and company policies.
• Perform any other tasks that contribute to successful delivery of the program.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation in any field is mandatory.
• Qualifications in Physical Education, Sports Science, Education, Psychology, Early Childhood Education, or related disciplines are advantageous.
• Fresh graduates possessing strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Experience in teaching, preschool education, sports coaching, activity-based learning, or child development preferred but not essential.
