Program Manager - Snowflake Investment Data Platform

About the Role

Join Capgemini’s Global Insights & Data division, a leader in data, analytics, and cloud platform services, serving multiple industries such as financial services, consumer products, manufacturing, and life sciences. We are seeking a Program Manager to steer the full lifecycle delivery of a Snowflake-based investment data platform focused on asset and investment management domains in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Lead program delivery from initial discovery through design, build, migration, testing, deployment, and final transition.
• Oversee governance structures including steering committees and status reporting, while managing risks, actions, and critical decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders spanning business, technology, data, vendors, and delivery teams.
• Plan and manage resources, timeline dependencies, milestones, and adherence to delivery schedules.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to data quality, system complexity, sensitive data handling, and migration challenges.
• Ensure cohesive alignment between business requirements, delivery scope, governance, and technical implementation.
• Monitor budget, resource utilization, and effort tracking within the Time & Materials contractual model.
• Drive escalation management and facilitate cross-team decision-making to maintain progress.
• Confirm successful completion, acceptance, and handover of all deliverables.

Candidate Profile

• Extensive experience managing programs related to data, analytics, cloud transformation, or financial services projects.
• Hands-on involvement in delivering data platforms, data warehouses, migrations, or cloud initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across business and technical teams.
• Preference for backgrounds in investment management, wealth management, asset management, banking, or capital markets.
• Demonstrated ability to lead programs involving sensitive data and managing hybrid delivery teams.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, cloud data architectures, data integration technologies, governance procedures, and reporting tools.
