Role Overview
The Production Operator position is a full-time, on-premises role at the Coimbatore facility. Responsibilities include running machinery and equipment following standard operating procedures, overseeing production lines, and identifying or communicating any operational irregularities. The role involves carrying out fundamental quality assessments, adhering strictly to safety protocols, and maintaining workplace cleanliness and organization. Working collaboratively with supervisors and peers, the operator supports meeting production goals and participates in training sessions to acquire knowledge of new machinery or processes as necessary.
Candidate Qualifications
- Proficiency in machine operation and managing production lines.
- Experience with quality control and basic inspection of products during or after production.
- Effective communication skills for coordination with the team and supervisors.
- Willingness to participate in training and adapt to new operational procedures and equipment.
- Minimum education level of high school or equivalent; prior exposure to manufacturing or factory settings is advantageous.
- Capability to adhere to safety measures, stand for long durations, and perform routine manual tasks.
- Strong attention to detail, dependable attendance, and flexibility to work shifts aligned with production requirements.
