Role Summary

As a Product & Solution Lead, you will collaborate closely with executive management to advance product development. You will gather and prioritize customer and market requirements, translate these into clear directives for the development team, and oversee implementation from requirements gathering to product testing. This role requires balancing three key perspectives: product innovation, understanding customer and market needs, and ensuring robust and user-friendly software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive product advancement in close cooperation with executive leadership, customers, market needs, and technology roadmap.
• Organize and prioritize requirements from customer projects and market input.
• Convert requirements into actionable and clear implementation guidelines for the development team.
• Support the development process by resolving technical and domain-related queries while monitoring progress, quality, and alignment with objectives.
• Conduct product testing focused on accuracy, practical applicability, and usability.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience bridging product management, software engineering, and customer requirements.
• Strong background in software development, preferably including app development, cloud/backend systems, and TypeScript frontend technology.
• Demonstrated ability to translate demands into solid, reliable solutions.
• Fluency in German and English for effective communication with customers and an international development team.
• Self-driven with a sense of urgency, high quality standards, and eagerness to assume responsibility within a small team.
