About the role
This position is part of the Earner Loyalty team, which helps shape a major part of the driver experience by making earners feel valued, rewarded, and encouraged to continue using Uber. The role works at the meeting point of a highly complex marketplace and a consumer-facing product, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations to keep improving loyalty experiences across all major regions. It is a high-visibility role with the potential to drive long-lasting impact for both Uber and its earners.
What you will do
- Build and own the worldwide strategy and roadmap for the Uber Pro program, covering vision, user problem discovery, solution planning, and go-to-market execution.
- Act as the subject-matter expert for Uber’s global business and help the technical teams address difficult, high-impact challenges.
- Help scale earner-facing products and solutions by finding creative approaches and keeping launches moving quickly.
- Represent earner concerns, push for improvements that reflect user needs, and help align stakeholders around a better earner experience.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in product or analytical roles with strong impact, including work in fast-moving and ambiguous environments where products were scaled successfully.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.
- Comfort using AI tools and frameworks to improve operational efficiency and support faster, data-led decisions.
- Strong analytical ability to break down complex marketplace dynamics and turn data into practical business actions.
- Proactive ownership mindset with a strong bias toward action and a history of delivering meaningful results despite uncertainty.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, including the ability to turn complex analysis into sharp, executive-ready insights.
Preferred qualifications
- MBA or a master’s degree in business, finance, or a quantitative discipline.
- Experience scaling marketplace, AI, or platform-based businesses.
- Background in a top-tier, fast-moving technology company.
Compensation and benefits
The annual base salary for New York City, NY and San Francisco, CA is USD 142,000 to USD 158,000. In addition, full-time employees in the U.S. may qualify for Uber’s bonus plan and could also receive equity and other forms of compensation. Full-time employees are eligible for a 401(k) plan and a range of benefits.
