Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to take full ownership of a core segment of Bayse's product—from user-facing trading interfaces to backend components like settlement, liquidity, and compliance. This hands-on role involves setting the roadmap, making strategic prioritization decisions amid regulatory and technical constraints, and driving product delivery that scales alongside our growing user base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and prioritize the product roadmap for your designated area, transforming problem statements into precise specifications for engineering and design.
  • Conduct ongoing user research across diverse user groups and analyze data to maintain a dynamic, prioritized backlog.
  • Collaborate daily with engineering and design teams to break down work and resolve blockers, balancing trade-offs around liquidity, regulatory requirements, and technology.
  • Define and own critical success metrics such as trading volume, liquidity depth, retention, and conversion rates, running experiments to drive improvements.
  • Coordinate with teams in trading, compliance, and operations to ensure products function correctly across pricing, settlement, KYC, and risk domains.
