Role Overview
As a Product Designer at Patientree AI, you will lead the user experience design for essential clinical workflows, overseeing everything from initial research phases to delivering high-fidelity designs. You will collaborate closely with the engineering team to craft accessible and production-ready user interfaces. Maintaining and advancing our Figma-based design system will be a key part of your responsibilities, alongside performing targeted user research involving clinic personnel and administrative staff.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate has over four years of product design experience in shipping SaaS products and showcases a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in managing complex B2B or operational workflows. Proficiency with Figma and familiarity with design system methodologies is essential, along with a solid understanding of accessibility-focused design principles adhering to WCAG standards.
Additional Desirable Skills
Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries within UX design is a plus. Skills in front-end prototyping, including knowledge of HTML, CSS, and React, are also advantageous.
