Role overview
TVSN is seeking a Producer to help create live, high-impact retail television that engages viewers and drives purchasing decisions. This role sits in Australia’s leading home shopping channel and is suited to someone who enjoys fast-moving studio environments, live broadcasts, and content that directly influences sales outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Work closely with the merchandising, programming, marketing, presenter, production, and studio teams to plan, refine, review, and improve shows across all TVSN product categories.
- Develop and produce both live and pre-recorded segments that combine strong storytelling with commercial impact.
- Take responsibility for the show’s creative direction, pacing, and overall presentation style.
- Lead live broadcasts from the control room and ensure production runs smoothly while supporting strong sales results.
- Apply audience insights and performance metrics to shape content improvements and strengthen outcomes.
What you should bring
- Prior experience producing television content, preferably in a commercial or sales-focused setting.
- Solid editorial judgement and an understanding of what persuades viewers to act.
- Good analytical ability and the capacity to plan strategically.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to guide presenters and coordinate with multiple teams.
- Hands-on experience with live TV production.
