The President of Kings Hammer serves as the principal leader, responsible for providing visionary guidance and steering the organization toward long-term success. This position entails overseeing all company functions, including operations, financial health, branding, partnerships, and stakeholder relations. The President ensures sustainable growth while upholding the organization’s values of excellence, trust, respect, teamwork, and fiscal responsibility.

About Kings Hammer Soccer Club

Established in the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area, Kings Hammer has grown into a leading youth soccer organization across several U.S. regions with hubs in Nashville, Tampa, Columbus, and Cincinnati, Ohio. Supporting over 12,000 youth participants annually, the club offers training across all skill levels complemented by tournament and travel opportunities. Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement strategic plans, organizational frameworks, policies, and systems to support organizational growth and leadership.
• Take full responsibility for operational and financial results, aligning business activities with financial and cultural objectives.
• Define and communicate the company’s vision, mission, and long-range financial goals in coordination with investors.
• Develop and approve multi-year plans (e.g., 3- and 5-year strategies) for expansion into key markets.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO on strategic projects, performance tracking, and risk oversight; interact with the board of directors as needed.
• Set and uphold governance, compliance, and ethical standards throughout the organization.
• Lead mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and diversification initiatives nationally and internationally with Corporex.
• Guide market research on trends, demographic shifts, and competition to inform growth tactics.
• Maintain responsible budgeting, forecasting, and resource management to ensure profitability and sustainability.
• Advise on major capital investments including land and complex development to the CEO.
• Promote Kings Hammer’s culture and values organizational-wide.
• Drive innovation in club programs, events, and community outreach activities.
• Establish and nurture strategic alliances with associations, municipalities, vendors, and other partners.
• Negotiate field leases securing quality facilities at favorable terms and pricing.
• Represent the organization in high-stakes negotiations, sponsorships, and public relations efforts.
• Recruit, develop, and retain senior leadership talent to support operational effectiveness and growth.
• Launch the King Hammer Development and Construction Management entity and ongoing Facilities Operations Management services, aiming to assist municipalities interested in establishing major soccer or sports centers.

Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in executive leadership, ideally as a President or senior executive, with preference for backgrounds in sports, entertainment, or related fields.
• Proven expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and operational leadership.
• Strong aptitude for forging partnerships and managing multifaceted stakeholder relationships.
• Visionary leadership style demonstrated through measurable growth and innovation achievements in complex environments.
