Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and confident Pre-Sales Executives to engage with parents via phone, introduce them to our innovative learning programs, and schedule demonstration classes for students.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound cold calls to potential parents and customers.
• Present and explain the unique features of Vizdemy’s visual learning programs.
• Assess parents’ needs to identify promising leads.
• Generate interest and get demo classes booked.
• Follow up with interested parents to secure attendance.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls and leads.
• Meet daily and monthly targets for booking demo sessions.

Candidate Requirements

• Fresh graduates or candidates currently pursuing graduation from any discipline are encouraged to apply.
• Preferably 0-1 year experience in telecalling, inside sales, pre-sales, or business development.
• Strong verbal communication skills with good command of spoken English.
• Confidence and professionalism when conversing with parents over the phone.
• Positive attitude, self-driven, and motivated to achieve targets.
• Basic computer literacy.

Compensation and Incentives

Monthly salary of ₹10,000 plus additional incentives based on performance. Earnings increase with the number of demos booked.

Work Details

• Work days: 6 days per week with one weekly off (not on weekends)
• Daily working hours: 9 hours
• Work location: Onsite at Patna, Bihar
• Hybrid working model but primarily onsite
