Postman for Parcels and Letters (m/w/d)

About the Role

Join Deutsche Post und DHL in Gera as a Postman responsible for delivering both parcels and letters. This position offers a secure and stable workload with full-time employment at 38.5 hours per week on a fixed-term contract initially, with opportunities for permanent employment and career growth.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels using supplied tools and equipment
• Perform deliveries five days a week between Monday and Saturday
• Handle shipments generally weighing under 10 kg
• Operate company-provided vehicles, including fully electric models

Candidate Profile

• Possession of a valid car driving license
• Basic German communication skills
• Physical resilience to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable, motivated, and willing to actively contribute to the team
