Akriti Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. is a burgeoning global pharmaceutical manufacturing and marketing enterprise with operations across CIS countries and an extending footprint in Europe, South East Asia, Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Manage human resources and administrative functions at the manufacturing plant located in Jejuri MIDC, Pune.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes for plant personnel.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including the Factory Act and specific pharmaceutical norms.
- Handle attendance monitoring, payroll processing, and welfare-related activities for employees.
- Maintain familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards and audit protocols required by FDA and WHO.
- Effectively manage workforce schedules including shift-based employees and contract labor arrangements.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a graduate degree.
- Have between two to five years of experience specifically in human resources within a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant environment.
