About the Role

As a Placement Executive at Offenso Hackers Academy, you will play a key role in linking learners to suitable career prospects, establishing connections with industry partners, and supporting professional growth initiatives. Your efforts will be vital to improving student employability and enhancing the organization's presence in the education technology sector.

Primary Responsibilities

• Forge and sustain strong partnerships with industry recruiters, hiring managers, and corporate collaborators for campus and virtual placement programs.
• Organize and oversee the planning and execution of placement drives, webinars, and online recruitment events.
• Assist learners in enhancing their resumes, preparing for interviews, and mapping out career paths.
• Monitor student progress and placement results, delivering regular updates and reports to management.
• Lead pre-placement training sessions, conduct mock interviews, and facilitate workshops aimed at skill improvement.
• Keep abreast of current industry hiring tendencies, developments within the EdTech market, and emerging skill demands.
• Collect and analyze data concerning placement success, employer feedback, and learner employability metrics for reporting purposes.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A bachelor's degree in BBA or a related discipline.
• Excellent communication skills, with strong interpersonal and networking capabilities.
• Possessing an IELTS Trainer certificate will be considered advantageous.
• Understanding of recruitment methodologies, corporate hiring patterns, and student career support practices.
• Proven skills in planning, organizing, and managing placement-related events successfully.
• Relevant work experience in the field will increase suitability for the role.

Additional Details

The position is located on-site at Port Blair, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, India, and requires in-person attendance.
