Job description
Position Overview
As a Pilot Salesman at Nestl, you will be tasked with managing a designated territory to ensure that Nestl's products are readily available across various locations, including remote villages and religious areas. This position plays a crucial role in expanding brand visibility and driving sales growth within the assigned region.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee activities within the assigned territory to guarantee consistent presence of Nestl products.
- Build and nurture relationships with local stakeholders to facilitate promotion and distribution of products.
- Develop and implement sales strategies customized for the unique requirements of remote communities.
- Conduct market evaluations to uncover new opportunities for boosting product availability and visibility.
- Monitor sales metrics and submit performance reports to management focused on meeting targets.
- Coordinate with the wider sales team to support promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Engage in training programs to enhance knowledge about products and improve sales skills.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG sector, is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities to establish connections with varied stakeholders.
- Proactive and driven personality with a focus on achieving results.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively within the designated area.
- Proficient in MS Excel and interpreting sales data.
