Responsibilities

• Visit customers along your assigned route and deliver professional pest protection services.
• Inspect properties to spot pest concerns, with full training provided.
• Explain findings and recommended solutions in a clear, respectful, and customer-friendly manner.
• Suggest additional services when appropriate to improve customer peace of mind.
• Drive and care for company vehicles and equipment responsibly and safely.
• Record service details and complete documentation using a handheld device.

• Typical first-year earnings range from $50,000 to $60,000.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to obtain the necessary pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment; the company covers the cost.
• Must be able to use a ladder safely within the manufacturer’s stated weight limit.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, and similar areas safely.
• Must be able to wear PPE, including an OSHA-compliant respirator when required.
