Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned professional to become part of our high-functioning Business Support team. This position is responsible for providing exemplary administrative and organizational assistance to Tax Partners, managing team operations, and supporting firm-wide initiatives. This is a full-time, permanent employment opportunity based in Auckland.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage extensive calendar and email correspondence for Partners effectively.
- Coordinate and organize various activities including meetings, team events, and national initiatives of the firm.
- Oversee daily workflow and project management to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support office systems and processes administration, maintaining accuracy of relevant databases.
- Finalize important documents such as engagement letters with proper formatting.
- Prepare, design, and format reports, proposals, and presentations with attention to detail.
- Perform additional general administrative functions as assigned.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a personal assistant, administrative, or operational role; exposure to professional services firms is an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple competing priorities.
- Adaptable with a proven ability to manage evolving responsibilities as the role progresses.
- A proactive problem solver with sound judgment and eagerness to embrace new technologies including AI to improve productivity.
- Professional demeanor and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
