Role Overview

The Performance Video Editor will be the first dedicated editor on the performance creative team and will report to the Director of Performance Creative. The position is meant to set the benchmark for how performance content is made at Llama Naturals.

  • Improve ad performance through systematic testing of hooks, pacing, captions, structure, and narrative flow.
  • Study successful ads and apply the learnings to future creative work.
