Role Overview
As a member of EBANX's People team, you will play a crucial role beyond traditional HR. Your mission is to enhance the employee experience by fostering a strong culture, supporting engagement, and driving initiatives that empower our teams across APAC.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support global culture and employee experience initiatives tailored to the APAC region.
- Execute employee engagement campaigns, programs, and activities ensuring alignment with global standards.
- Serve as a liaison between APAC offices and the Global Culture team, ensuring local relevance of initiatives.
- Create and distribute internal communications, adapting leadership messages and culture campaigns for regional teams.
- Assist in organizing and managing local and regional events including All Hands meetings, workshops, and celebrations, handling logistics, vendors, registrations, and attendee experience.
- Oversee administrative and operational aspects of the Singapore office, including managing payments, invoices, purchase requests, office supplies, and workplace resources.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated strong organizational and project management abilities, capable of juggling multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English communication.
- Self-driven approach with the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced setting.
- Proven skills in stakeholder engagement and relationship building across diverse teams and cultural contexts.
- Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams and comfortable working with different time zones.
- Customer-centric mindset focused on enhancing employee experience and service quality.
- Adaptable and curious, able to navigate and integrate into various cultural and business environments.
- High attention to detail, strong sense of ownership, with proactive problem-solving capabilities.
Additional Desirable Skills
- Previous exposure to supporting regional or global teams.
- Experience analyzing employee engagement data or survey results.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar software for data management and analysis.
- Familiarity with employee engagement and organizational culture programs.
- Knowledge of Mandarin is advantageous.
