About the Role
The People Coordinator role is integral to Kiwibank's People Team, contributing to creating an outstanding workplace culture and enhancing the employee experience. This position involves providing comprehensive administrative support across various People Team functions, ensuring smooth daily operations through effective use of digital tools and collaboration within the People Division.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional administrative assistance to the People Team and the broader business through digital channels.
- Work cooperatively with colleagues inside the People Division to provide prompt and high-quality support and guidance.
- Manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Candidate Profile and Skills
- Proven experience handling administrative duties, processes, and technology confidently.
- Excellent attention to detail, committed to producing precise and high-standard work.
- Strong communication competencies, capable of engaging confidently with individuals at all organizational levels.
- Skills in prioritizing and managing competing deadlines while maintaining organization and focus.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a knack for connecting information logically.
