Overview
A boutique consulting business is looking for a People & Change Consultant to support work for some of the world’s largest organisations. The firm focuses on solving people-centred business challenges and delivering practical, client-ready insight.
What you’ll do
- Interpret data and turn it into clear, presentation-ready insights on customer, consumer, and corporate strategy.
- Help run client meetings, workshops, and events, ensuring smooth preparation and delivery.
- Organise project timelines end-to-end and support the coordination of delivery across each phase.
What we’re looking for
- Between 1 and 4 years of professional experience, with client-facing consulting experience preferred.
- Strong analytical ability, sound problem-solving skills, and confident communication.
- Genuine interest in people consulting and shaping change through human-centred work.
